Returns

Return window Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
Conditions Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

We kindly ask that items are returned in the same condition as received to ensure eligibility for a full refund.
How to start a return To initiate a return, please contact us at support@moviahome.com with your order number. Our team will provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return details

Return shipping We are happy to accept returns within 30 days. While we do not charge any restocking fees, original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to place a new order and return the original item for a refund.


Refunds

Refund processing Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Changes

Due to the speed of our fulfillment process, we’re unable to guarantee changes to an order once it has been placed.

If you need to update your order (such as shipping address or item details), please contact us as soon as possible at support@moviahome.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make any changes.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within a short window after purchase, as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@moviahome.com.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In this case, you may refer to our return policy after delivery.
